In the 29th General Council of our union held at Chennai on 26 & 27th June 1994 synchronizing with the retirement of the Towering personality Shri T.V. Loganathan, it was decided to possess a building to reminisce his yeoman service rendered for the growth of our organization for around 4 decades

Our union acquired a building with total area of around 6700 sq.ft. spread over ground and three floors in the heart of City at V.M. Street, Mylapore, Chennai – 600 004. The building was inaugurated on 25th Feb. 2006 by Com.Profulla Kumar Patnaik, then Secretary of our Federation and named as "T.V.Loganathan Towers"
