Circle Welfare Committee
To organise, conduct and supervise the welfare activities, Circle Welfare Committees were formed and they are functioning in all Circles

- Circle Development Officer
- Assistant General Manager HR
- Three members from Officers' Association and Five members from Staff Union, out which one, the Secretary of the Committee
